I know that the circle 'o' means NG,right? But why is it used in many words, like Annyeonghaseyo , there's 'an' , and A , and N and a circle..Why the circle? Same from the 'yo' from Annyeonghaseyo :)

It means both ‘ng’ & the silent consonant. Everything in detail is explained here.
